Shipping ~

I will be shipping pieces via USPS and UPS. once your item has shipped you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail. At this moment, I am a small business, and I am unable to ship worldwide. However, if you are willing to pay for more shipping expenses, email me, and we could try to work something out. Otherwise, I plan to expand my horizons in the future!

Damages ~

For quality assurance, I make a point to package your special pieces with love and protection. However, if a piece arrives broken or damaged in the mail, please email me asap at isabelseasel@gmail.com with pictures so we can sort it out together. Otherwise, once you have received your piece it is yours and I am no longer responsible for anything that happens to it in the future.

Returns ~

I do not allow returns as I am a small art business. Once you have bought the product, it is yours. But no worries, you’ll love it :)

Shop Notes ~

All ceramic pieces are handmade by me. Which means, they may differ from the photograph in color, size, or texture. Variation in the glaze is natural, and I embrace these little differences as they are all part of the lovely and quirky charm of a handmade ceramic piece! As for paintings, colors may differ from the photograph.
